Our detox program combines a fasting regimen with a specially formulated herbal product designed to support the fasting process, while aiding in detoxification and weight loss. Unlike traditional fasting, which involves complete food restriction, our program offers a source of herbal nourishment during the fasting period. Overview of Our Detoxification Program

Our detox program consists of four phases:

01. Preparation Phase (2 days)

Slowly reduce the amount of food consumed during this time.
Diet:
Eliminate fatty food, animal fat, alcohol, and caffeine.
Exercise:
Cardio exercise for 40 minutes a day
Optional:
If you have recently experienced constipation, take milk of magnesia the night before fasting (before going to bed).

02. Fasting Phase (Choose between a 5-day or 10-day option)

Drink herbal detox formula mixed in water.
Diet:
Drink 1 pack of herbal detox formula mixed in 17oz of water (500ml) 3 times per day.
Exercise:
Cardio exercise for 40 minutes a day (Avoid strenuous exercise)
Optional:
  • Water intake should be guided by urine color. Ideal urine color is pale yellow. If your urine color is too clear, then drink less water. If your urine color is too yellow, then drink more water.
  • Do not consume alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, green tea, soda.
  • Keep your body warm to avoid getting sick.
  • Lightheadedness, diarrhea, bloating, upset stomach, insomnia, skin rash may occur. If any of these symptoms occur, please consult your provider.

03. Recovery Phase (3 days)

Gradually increase the amount of food you consume food slowly.
Diet:
  • 1st Day – No sodium diet (e.g., eat porridge/oatmeal until you are satisfied, not full)
  • 2nd Day – Low sodium diet (e.g., start eating vegetables and only consume ⅓ of your normal portions)
  • 3rd Day – Low sodium diet (e.g., consume 1/2 of normal portion)
Exercise:
Cardio exercise for 40 minutes a day
Disclaimer:
If excess salt is consumed during this period, beware of the possibility of swelling.

04. Dietary Adjustment Phase (15 days)

Continue eating healthy, exercising, and making good lifestyle choices.
Diet:
  • Low salt diet (eat grains and vegetables as your main source of nutrition and continue to eat 1/2 of your normal portion)
  • Delay meat intake for 1 week after completing fasting.
Exercise:
Cardio exercise for 40 minutes a day
Optional:
  • Continue to take herbal medicine for obesity and other treatments.
  • If you are unable to control your diet, we recommend practicing intermittent fasting supplemented with our herbal detox formula.

Intermittent Fasting Made Easy with Our Herbal Detox Formula

Our Herbal Detox Formula offers a gentle alternative. With this option, you can experience the benefits of intermittent fasting and detoxification.

Here are two example options for intermittent fasting: 2-Day Intermittent Detox or 1-Meal Detox:

2-Day Intermittent Detox

Involves fasting with herbal detox formula on alternating days or during specific windows each day.

Example: On the day of intermittent detox
  • Breakfast: Low-sodium, vegetable-based diet
  • Lunch and dinner: Consume herbal detox formula.

1-Meal Detox

Replace one meal with herbal detox formula.
Ideal after overeating or when feeling bloated.

Example: On the day of intermittent detox
  • Replace one meal (lunch or dinner) with herbal detox formula on alternating days.
